CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Contours Day Spa requires a 24 hour cancellation by phone for all appointments.  Failure to do so may result in the voiding of your gift certificate (if applicable) or a charge to your credit card.  A credit card is required to hold your appointment.  Giving Contours your credit card information gives us your consent to charge a 50% charge if you fail to show up or if you fail to cancel within the 24 hour period.  Thank you for understanding and for choosing Contours Day Spa.
